Happy Easter! Safe and sound.

We are well rested after breakfast today & using the internet on our host's laptop at the dining table.  We arrived here safe & sound after long flights.  We originally thought we had long layovers but they were used up by the delays we experienced.  Our flight to Amsterdam was 1hr late leaving bc of food not being ready & then to Entebbe 1hr for replacing the computer that controls the wings.  Our ride was waiting for us and the ride to his home was on a nice paved road.  Our room is great!  We took hot showers this AM after sleeping on a soft bed under a mosquito net.  We're feeling very blessed!

  1. Hooray! "Seal was worried!" Glad you are there safe. God is in control! Off to the Sonrise service at Whiteside to hear the Easter cantata. Then to our church, then Gramma's for lunch. Uncle John had his surgery while you were in the air. I haven't heard anything about how it went but surely will today and will let you know later. Happy Easter to you. Hope you get to give your boys their 1st Easter bunnies soon. Love you both! (p.s. The time on this blog is 3 hrs off; must be in a different timezone.)

  2. Praise the Risen Savior! Much prayer continues to be aimed in your direction (By way of God's Throne). Uncle John's surgery was postponed to another day. Our day is off and running with a sunrise service message in Claremont, the Resurrection Sunday service in Thetford and a little 4 hour jaunt to Newport! Small potatoes for world travelers such as yourselves. I am confident that the Lord will continue to guide your steps. Much love, Dad

  3. I was awake Friday night, praying for your flight, thinking about Norm's long legs in the airplane rows. I was also thinking how different the flight home will be for you....with 2 toddlers....love you!!!! Happy resurrection!
